I have been baking since I was a child. In 2020, like so many, I began baking our own bread and in 2021 I started baking sourdough bread. From there, my passion grew not only for trying to put sourdough in nearly every baked good I create, but also it resulted in me becoming a master herbalist. I enjoy walking around our farmstead and harvesting native herbs to create amazing flavors and even remedies.
